Magdeline Momani is the founder and principal attorney of Momani Immigration Law LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in immigration, employment, and compliance law, she brings a rare and powerful perspective to every matter she handles — combining private practice advocacy with senior in-house leadership at one of the largest employers in the world.
Before founding Momani Immigration Law LLC, Attorney Momani served in multiple senior legal and compliance roles at a Fortune 1 company, including as Senior Director of Immigration and Employment Compliance and Associate General Counsel for Immigration and Employment. In these roles, she developed and led nationwide immigration compliance programs, implemented E-Verify systems across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, and directed large-scale I-9 audit responses and ICE investigations. Her work involved advising executives, managing risk for a workforce of more than one million employees, and navigating immigration enforcement at the highest levels.
Earlier in her career, Attorney Momani built and operated a successful private immigration practice, representing individuals in deportation proceedings and handling thousands of immigration applications. She has also practiced at internationally recognized law firms, advising Fortune 500 companies on employment compliance and representing employers before federal and state agencies. Her legal background includes experience in federal court litigation, appellate briefing, and complex employment and immigration matters.
Today, Attorney Momani focuses her practice on four core areas: I-9 and E-Verify compliance and ICE audit defense, deportation and removal defense, citizenship and naturalization, and family-based and employment-based lawful permanent residence. Clients benefit from her ability to anticipate government scrutiny, explain complex legal issues clearly, and develop strategies grounded in real-world enforcement experience.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Long Island University. Attorney Momani is fluent in English and Spanish and has written and presented nationally on immigration and employment compliance topics.
